How do you all determine pricing of your leos when it comes time part ways with them?

We look at the market price and then adjust depending on the quality of the animal.

How do you determine the current market price? Fauna, Kingsnake and other such forums?

I typically sell very low and I'm trying to build up enough that I can command higher prices like the other successful breeders. It's a lot of trial and error right now. I'm just now getting into the retail aspect of all this.
