Ok so one of my leo's had a bad shed about a week ago and I took the shed of his toes and a little piece off the corner of his eye, I didn't hit his eye but now it is glazed over and looks like a fluid pocket is resting over with with some sort of white fluid on the eye, I have no clue what to do and don't know of any close reptile vets.

I'm not sure where in FL you are but here is a list of some FL herp vets.
I can't really picture what you are describing, it could be a bit of shed which might come out with a saline wash and lightly removing with a cotton swab, or it could be something more serious like an infection. If you post a picture that would help.
