Hope someone can help me. I just noticed that on my male where the legs meet the tail, that there are two lumps that are extremely swollen. I always assumed they were his testicles. The other day they were larger than normal but today they are almost black and blue. This is about a two day span since I noticed it. Can someone please shed some light on what this is.

I actually do not have a digital camera. I did however let the gecko soak in some warm water for about ten minutes. When I took him out and pressed on the lump, it spewed a green substance. It looks like a nasty infection. This came on and got this bad very quick. until I get this guy to a vet, is there anything else I can try?

The infection needs to be treated by a qualified reptile vet ASAP. There's no getting around that, nor should you try to do anything else with him, putting him at further risk of a more serious injury other than a plain warm water soak.
