you know how there is photo shop where you can edit images. is there somthing for video's too where i could paste a pic of someones face on a funny video and stuff??

There is some progams out there. I been racking my brain to remember some of them. Its been tough since my sinuses started up. Its bad. Its only the second time ever this bad. Its effecting my hearing. When it clears up, I will try to find some for you. If its footage from a dig video camcorder you have, there might be one with the software that came with it.

I have photoshop elements 6.0 for video editing. Amazing, powerful, but hard to use program. You get the hang out it though.
