I think my leopard gecko has prolapsed? I can see it, what do I do, there are no vets around this area to my knowledge that can do anything. Im really worried....

The first step is to try treating with Preparation H, but look around for a vet because prolapses often require medical intervention.

Do I just put a little on. It seems to have gone back up a bit. I heard sugar water but do not know the ratio of sugar to water.
Im going to try to call all the vets and see who can treat him.
Im SCREWED if no one in this small town can do it.

Yes, just dab some on. Be sure it is the original formula and not a newer one with painkillers or other additives. If you want to try sugar water just make a saturated solution, don't worry about exact measurements.

When my gecko had a prolapse, I soaked it in a bowl of water with A LOT(just squeeeeeze it out) of corn syrup in it, and some sugar. I did this in the evening when he was already awake. After the 15 minute soak, I put on some preparation H for the night. Worked for me.
I found that just the sugar soaks didnt work, so that's when I got frustrated and piled in the corn syrup.
