Pseudomonis

The eye swab culture came back on my MSS and it was pseudomonis. The right eye is looking pretty good, but last night the left eye was starting to look a little different, so I started treating both eyes. First the flush, then the neo-poly-dex ointment.

Anyone had any experience with this? The vet wants me to bring her back on Monday but I think I would rather wait till the end of the week if both eyes continue to be responding well. HE stresses her out SO much; she doesn't seem to mind whatever I do to her. I hate for him to start manhandling her again!

Any advice?

Pseudomonas is a common strain of bacteria, and if the eye infection was caught and treated in time Neopolydex (broad spectrum antibiotic ointment) should help. Knowing what you went through with that vet, if it was me, I would reschedule the appointment for a later date and continue the treatment.
