purchasing flexwatt

I have a 7 foot rack and need to run flexwatt across each shelf..

Question 1 - where is the best place to purchase it?

Question 2 - ReptileBasics will pre-wire it at no charge but i have to pay for extra connections and insulated caps - is this a good idea or is it easier and cheaper to do it myself ?

in one of my past jobs I ran wiring for POS systems, PC systems, and security cameras so I have all the tools and a lot of experience with wiring and cabling.

If you have wired anything, even like a flashlight you should be able to do flexwatt, its really east. Ive done it with both insulated and non insulated clips.

Ive wired my own too, I like to look if its prewired or if Iuse the metal clips and plastics covers but since Im the only one looking at it, I don't really care about that stuff anymore.

If I can wire it, anyone can!

from my understanding the plastic covers are to insulate and keep down the chance of fires. I don't doubt that I can't do the wiring but after building a 7 foot rack I'm about out of zeal for building.. I'll see what my options are.
