Quarantine and Fecal test

Hi, I'm relatively new to owning Leopard Geckos. I just bought my second Leopard gecko yesterday and I was wondering if a fecal test can reduce how long you quarantine your new addition? We got a very nice temporary habitat for her while she is quarantine and she is eating fairly well and doesn't seem to have any issues. I would appreciate all the help I can get! Thanks!

Reduce the duration, no, but it's a good idea anyway. Quarantine isn't just for parasites. It's to allow time for symptoms of anything to show, such as respiratory infections. Let the quarantine go for the appropriate time.

Okay, thanks! I was not sure. Recently I have been trying to find a vet in my area that works with reptiles that could do a fecal test.
