I know I should keep any new geckos quarantined for 30-60 days but what if they came from same place? Like in a pet store they are even keep in the same tank for weeks or longer would they still need to be quarantine if we got 2 at the same time?

I know buying from a pet store is a huge no no to some people. But starting off $20 is a better starting point then $100.

Some recommend 90 days, as certain parasites have longer life cycles. If the geckos have been together for a while, IMO there's no need to quarantine for if one of them had a parasite or disease, the other would have been exposed to it already. However, if you have other geckos, keep these separate.

Thanks I was thinking if they came from the same store and where in the same tank separating would be kinda point less.

I am meeting a guy tomorrow to pick up my first one so he will go right into my tank. But it has been a few days and the guy isn't really acting like he wants to meet so might skip him and go to the store.

If they came from the same cage at a pet store I don't think there's any huge reason to separate them unless 1.) They are babies and you don't know the sex. If they turn out to both be males they will eventually seriously injure or kill one another. 2.) If they are not good eaters I would separate them so you can monitor their food intake more closely. If they are shy I would count out 10 mealworms in an escape proof bowl and see how many disappear over night to make sure they are eating. If they are together you don't know if one or both are chowing down or how much.
