To be safe you should quarantine for 90 days. To be extra safe you should do it in separate rooms, but at least keep them at a distance.

Seperate tanks for at least 60 days but 90 is preffered. When you are done dealing with one lizard, wash your hands. Then move onto the next one. Do not move back and forth between lizards without washing your hands. I have 8 geckos, with the ones that are healthy I only use one of the those hand sanitizers. But when I have to deal with a sick or new gecko I wash my hands thoroughly.

I use hand sanitizer between all my leos healthy or not. Theres no need to accidentally spread something un-necessarily.

Studies have found that hand sanitizers work better than regular washing if allowed to dry completely.

I always use seperate tanks for 90 days and if possible separate rooms. Airborne illness is a real threat. Look at SARS! LOL

New studies (just a couple of days ago) are showing signs that diseases are becoming immune to these hand sanitizers and they stated that good hand washing habits will beat the hand sanitizer in the long run.
