ok i have seperated like 50 big superworms and there each in there own slot. I found the best thing to keep them in is a hot wheels car carrier lol its like 100 1" by 1" slots but do i need to keep carrots at the bottom of each slot or will they be ok til after they pupate? Thanks

I dont keep anything in w/ my superworm except a bit of substrate until they pupate. Some might die from this since you cant be sure which one is ready to pupate and which one aint ready.

I keep my separated superworms on nothing. They are just placed into empty 35mm film containers. It's unnecessary to add anything to the container because after a few days they start the morphing process and won't eat anything anyways. As long as they are large larva they should be fine.

I don't put anything in with mine. I've had 20 morph so far with 1 loss. The rest are curled up into tight balls and should morph soon. :)

Yes, superworms have to be separated. They won't pupate if kept communally such as mealworms.
