So i've had my female since she was a few months old. About 6 months ago i got her a cool foam hide. During the day she always stays in it and it worries me sometimes because it is the coldest part of the tank. Right now it is 76.5 where she is at. At the warmest part of the tank it is 90.4. Should i be concerned that she doesn't do a good job of regulating her temperature? It is only at night that i might see her in a warmer area but she spends most of her time in that foam hide. I just want to see if others have had experience with leopard geckos staying in the cold spots a lot. thanks

Can you move the foam hide to the hot side of the tank to make sure it isn't just hide attraction?

she might just spend a lot time in there, but she might also be on the hot side while you are not watching eg. sleeping
