Question about humid hide.

I have a stone hide thats on my hot side and it has moss only on the floor of the hide, i was thinking about taking double sided tape and applying it the roof and walls and sticking the moss to it.

I think it would be better but is this neccesary and once i start spraying it would the tape no longer hold?, and will the heat release fumes?

Tape will lose stickiness quick. I've superglued but the moss tears easy. Elmers glue reptile carpet to ceiling works good. Not super absorbent but better than nothing.
