question for NS Incubator owners

I just got my Nature's Spirit incubator. I'm running it with a Herpstat ND. I put the probe a few inches in front of the fan. I think the fan is broken or something else is wrong though. There is literally no air flow a few inches in front of the fan. The air blows out the sides of the fan, mostly towards the back of the incubator. I'm gonna order a replacement fan, but I wanted to ask other NS owners about the air flow. Do you feel the air flow in front of the fan, or does the air come out the sides of the fan? It doesn't seem like it's working correctly to me. Could the fan possibly be installed backwards? I think UPS probably abused it. Thanks.

Both of my NS incubators have fans that if you hold your hand directly in front of the fan, you will feel the air come out towards the back, front, bottom, and top... all around, but not directly straight out. If you notice, the fan itself has a solid, circular area right in front of it which creates the air circulation to blow more out towards the sides.

My hunch is that your incubator is working properly!
