Has anyone scientifically tested whether or not other ovulating female leos have an effect on females that are not ovulating? I have had a few females that were refusing food but not yet ovulating. By introducing a male it seemed to "kickstart" their ovulation in most cases. The problem there however is that if the female isn't ovulating, its not going to stop the male from trying to breed. I am trying an experiment where i will be introducing ovulating females in with non ovulating females to see if it has the same desired effect. If anyone else has any input on this, please let me know. I have a feeling though that just maybe even moving them into tubs next to each other might work as well. In one of my racks i noticed that once one of the females started ovulating, by the weeks end all of the females were ovulating.

my tubs are pretty close together and i've had an ovulating female in between 2 other females that haven't ovulated yet and my ovulating female has been ovulating for like a month. I would try putting non ovulating females and ovulating females together but my only ovulating female is really territorial. :(
