Are non-adult males ok to keep together, because if I get a new leo, and put it with my already baby one, will they fight if male? I cant tell at a young age.. I just don't want them to take each other's tails off.

Hatchlings are usually OK together. As they get older this may change. You may not see them fight, but you may see one not growing like it should.

Can you tell us more about your current gecko? What temp was it incubated at? Was it sold as a particular sex?

If your looking for a new gecko but do not know the sex of your current one, you may be better off getting a female of like size. Otherwise, you could house your new gecko separately until they are old enough to sex. Bottom line though, I would not house two males together.

If you want another gecko, my suggestion would be to get a female from a reputable breeder... not Petco. Keep them separate for 90 days. This time will serve as a quarantine period and should allow you more time to figure out the sex of your first one. If your first one turns out to be a male, I would consider keeping them separate for along time. At least until you learn to properly care for them as pets. Breeding is a whole new ballgame.

As SunshineStateExotics said, it's ok to house hatchlings together.

One thing you will want to do when you get your new gecko, regardless of where it comes from is to quarentine between 30 and 90 days.

Hope that helps!
