if i take a female from one of my clutchs and breed it to a male from another clutch both being from the same parents will there be a problems with genetics?
Breeding siblings or breeding offspring back to parents is called inbreeding. It's a useful way to enhance or fix desirable traits but can have side effects due to the limited gene pool. It shouldn't be a problem to do it for a single generation but the more generations you do it the higher the chance of undesirable genes being reproduced increases.
