Questions about my Blizzard

Okay my female blizzard has really neat eyes and I was wondering if they are eclipse? Here are pictures of her eyes

And my other question is that she has a little black spot on her tail is it a paradox spot?

1) They are Black Eyes which occur in Blizzards but they are not a True Eclipse.

2) Yes it is a Paradox spot which is quite common on Blizzards.
