First of all, to be considered a hybino or sunglow, does a leo have to have red eyes? Because I have seen some people that are calling their geckos hybinos/sunglows but they don't have red eyes or even snake-eyes.

Second of all, how can a hybino or sunglow have red eyes if albinos do not? Is it a gene that comes out after 2 generations of hets?

Do you mean by "Red Eyes" what is seen in RAPTORS? If so, that's not a requirement of a Hybino/Sunglow [neither would "Snake Eyes"]. A Hybino/Sunglow is a Super Hypo Albino [of any strain]. A RAPTOR [which has the solid "Red Eyes"] is something completely different.

Also don't forget that Rainwater Albino eyes don't stay red, they turn black as they grow up, almost normal, and Trempers usually get darker too with age, but still look albino. Now that I think about it I don't see to many RW Hybinos around, mostly Trempers & Bells, anyone working with RW Hybinos?
