My best friend went out of town on a emergency and dropped off her two geckos. She is having me put them up for sale and a guy is suppose to pick one up.
I can not tell who is who..
They are both females and 80+ grams.
One is a Super hypo tangerine carrot tail baldy and the other is a sunglow something or other.
Can you tell who is what.
Thanks

Also when I was talking to her I was at the lake and the phone kept breaking up. She left them on my front porch and was not able to talk to her in person.
What do you think these girls would go for? One is almost two and the other is two. I could not hear what she told me to run the add for and I can not get ahold of her.
Thanks so much!

I'll put my head on in the :behead2: they both look SHTCT'B to me.One has a better example of carrottail than the other but both are stunning :main_thumbsup: .Non look to be expressing the albino gene by the look of the spots on the tails. So non of them are sunglow.

Would you be able to tell if one is a SunGlow by the eyes?

Just wondering if the albino eyes are usually present in the SunGlows

They both look like lovely SHTCT'B's to me too but if I had to guess at one being a SunGlow I would say the one in the second pic

OOOO, I will have to tell her. I know she bought one of them at the show as a sunglow something or other. hmmmm, I will try and get ahold of her before I list them. I have no clue what to list them for:main_no:
Thank you for helping me out. Now I am still stuck on who is who?

Like i said i'm confident that they are both SHTCT'B.

But IMO it would have been this one that was taken for being the SHTCT'B.And that what ofcourse it is.

And IMO it was most likly this one that was mistaken for being a sunglow. But it's a SHTCT'B with a very nice carrotail.

I do think that the eyes carry over. So if you can get a pic, of the eggs, maybe we can help further. I really have no idea, if one is a sunglow, and one is a shtctb. If somebody bought a mis-labeled gecko, you have to tell them. Then for pricing… I would price the first one, for like $175 + shipping. I think, that, that is a fair price, and the second one for $125 + Shipping. Some might think I hit those to low, or two high, so you might want to wait for some more opinion. But, I would also just try and keep contacting your friend.

Albinos do not express black, so your friend may possibly have a "het" sunglow, which would be a SHTCTB het albino, but both are non albino SHTCTB:main_robin:

I agree 100% with GAZZ on his assessment of the geckos in question.
