What do snow blizzards look like at hatching? Do they look different than normal blizzards? The adult pics I've seen look so similar. Thanks for your help!

The reason I'm asking is because I'm not sure if my hatchling today is a blizzard or snow blizzard. The parents are blizzard x mack snow het blizzard. Sorry if it's a dumb question. I just can't seem to find a way to figure it out.

Kristi, I looked at the picture you posted of the hatchling and it looks like a mack snow Blizzard to me. If it's from the pair I'm thinking of, their non-mack blizzards hatched with more purple and yellow on their bodies.

Thank you so much Paul! These are our first hatchlings from them so I wasn't sure. I was thinking mack, too. There is no yellow at all. Just a grayish pink color with solid eyes.:)

Thank you also for the geckos. They are so sweet & super healthy eaters! This female is up to 70 grams. Her last clutch was laid about a month ago.

It'll become more obvious which are which once you hatch a non-mack Blizzard too. I don't think it's necessarily definitive of whether or not they're macks, but I don't believe I got any solid-eyed non-mack Blizzards from them; there were quite a few eclipse/snake eyed mack Blizzards though.

I'm glad to hear they're doing well. :)

Thanks again, Paul. I have one more egg from her due in 2 weeks. I can't wait to see what it is! I'm not sure if she's done for the season, but she's slowing down. Something went wrong & the first couple clutches didn't make it.:(
