R.A.P.T.O.R. alleles and a Punnet square?

This might seem like a stupid question, but keep in mind I slept through most of biology class. lol

So if I was to put the R.A.P.T.O.R. gene in a punnet square, would I calculate it as dominant, recessive, or would I have to split up the alleles into their own separate parts (such as the red eyes, the patternless, etc.)?

As for super hypos, how would I calculate the alleles for that?

And finally, is a ghost generally produced by breeding a Mack Snow to a Super Hypo? I'm pretty sure it is, but I'm just trying to re-affirm my suspicions.

as far as the raptor goes you would have to break it down as eett for eclipse and tremper and the super hypos are more of a vary when you breed together or something else. think of it as paint. if you have a bucket of black paint and a bucket of white paint and you slowly put white in black it begins to go gray well same concept kinda. I hoped that helped

For raptor genes there is two main genes.First is Tremper and the second is Eclipse.
For a tremper albino their alleles will be tt because it is a receive gene, then for eclipse it would be ee because once again it is recessive. So you will need two punnet squares to make a raptor(excluding patternless stripe which is a phenotype) you will need ttee(Tremper eclipse because both are recessive)A tremper het eclipse will be ttEe,then eclipse het tremper will be Ttee.If I am correct if you breed a Hypo to a normal they will have reduced spotting, but I believe hypo is a phenotype.Mack snow x hypo will be 25% mack snow's with reduced spoting.25% mack snows 25% normal with reduce spotting 25% normals.
