Rack setup questions

Just wondering what folks do about setting up their tubs in a rack system.

In a 16x11 tub:

One hide or two? If one, place on warm or cool end of tub? Humid?

Any input on how you set up the tubs is greatly appreciated!

Id like to know as well. I am using 28quart tubs and was wondering what is the standard hide situation and also if reptile carpet is an adequate flooring in Sterilite 28quart tubs or if I should just stick with paper towels?
