rack ?

will this work as a rack possibly temperarily or long term? if so what are some suggestion or ways of heating?

it looks like it might work. you might have to go with back heat tho.

With racks (like anything else) you get what you pay for. I'd save up if I were you and do it up right.

Check out some of the great racks discussed here like Rhino Raxx. For a few hundred you can get a rack that will serve you for years and not give lots of probs that you may regret down the road.
