So I've been contemplating my future breeding plans and I decided I wanted another male so I can have two projects. I plan to produce some tangerine typhoons next season, but I also have a rainwater albino female (firewater cross, no hets) that I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with. Well, I decided to work on just a rainwater albino project. She has some nice orange coming in (she's full grown, yet only gets prettier every shed!), and this new guy has a nice pattern and nice colors. I think they'll make for some awesome looking rainwater albinos.

These pictures are actually a little dark. I didn't get home with him until the evening and wanted to take a few pictures and then put him away to chill for a few weeks, but the lighting wasn't the best because the sun was already going down.

So here he is, my new Raining Red Stripe from Steve Sykes:

And here is the two of them together:

I know, I know, I broke quarantine. =P But I figure it this way, though; I really doubt a gecko from Steve Sykes is going to have anything, and if it does, a gecko is extremely unlikely to catch something from being in the same proximity for a grand total of 10 seconds. He's happily in quarantine now. =)

In total honesty, I didn't think twice about it and realized my mistake after it was done. I 100% trust Sykes, so the thought didn't really pop into my head right away. Bad practice, but I think it will be okay.

Just realized this guy was in shed when I took these pictures! I'll get some better ones of his new, brighter colors soon and in better lighting. =)
