Raining red stripe quartet question

I've got a quartet of raining red stripes. I've moved the male between them for the season at approx. weekly intervals. heat and temps are all good. The girls have laid eggs but the eggs turn out bad after a week or two in the incubator. I know one of the females laid last year and I have her daughter. The male is also the father. What gives with this group? should I try another male? I don't want to blow the entire season but I don't want to mess with having hets and then breeding back next season...ugghhh.

2 of the 3 females a first yr. breeders. The male and one female is their 2nd season. The female with the second season and the male bred last yr. She has not dropped an egg yet this yr. I have them in a rack thats got a hot spot @ 95ish and they are in 28 qt. tubs singly. I currently have @ 18 other females breeding in the same setup. They all get the same diet, dusted crix, mealies and supers occasionally. Just a little confused. They eggs are on super hatch. Again I've got 50 + cooking so I'm sure that they're good as far as a setup. Just makes me nuts cause I wanted to have some for additional breeding projects for next yr. Hate to miss 2 seasons while waiting....
