View attachment 21648 Ok,nother question....My strange lil boy Raven spends a lot of his time walken around the tank looking at the ceiling or just stands in one spot looking up and all around. Is that normal? He also spends a lot of time climbing the fake background, standing on top of a fake cactus and climbing up and sitting on top of the waterfall.....

My girl does that too. Sometimes I can't stand watching her anymore so I put my hand in her terrarium and she would climb up and let me lift her to the top, like a human-elevator :D

I'm guessing that she wants a way out, unfortunately I can't let her go... it makes me a bit sad sometimes...

I kinda thought that too, that maybe he just wants to be out and free and it is sort of depressing....

Stripes used to do that but he only did that when I looked at him from the top of his tank. He would just stare at my face. I think he was chalenging me to a staring competition but I lost because I blinked first. Leo's are great at staring competitions

Mine, too. She used to stare at a single spot on the fake background. I don't know if they can really see dimensions, so maybe she was thinking she could crawl on the rock in the background? I dunno, she's weird.

I felt so bad for all of mine with the "digging at the glass thing" that now they all get to come out each night. I purchased one of those blue baby pools and filled it with with caves/leaves/branches/toiletpaper tubes. They can't get out but boy do they have a wonderful time playing and searching. They are all females housed seperate so they interact and enjoy eachother each night. They are never left alone, in fact I watch them instead of the tv. I get to study them and look them over to make sure everyone is happy and healthy.
