Random Runny Poo?!?

Help! So, yesterday I fed, for the first time, a silkworm and a hornworm to Rin. Last night I couldn't see the normal compact poo, just the white bit but I figured I'd wait a day before freaking out....well, today she walked out and pooed (what I assume) is leo equivalent of diarrhea. There was the normal white blob but where the solid should have been, it was clear and runny, though I could see brownish bits inside too.....so I'm kinda freaking out. Too paranoid? I do understand that a change in diet can mean a change in poo but....I'm still worried. And just to quickly add, she had been eating mealworms and the occasional cricket/waxworm before I tried the silky and hornworm.

Any advice?

I'd say calm down too. It's possibly nothing. Just keep an eye on his/her active-ness, weight, and the stool. If s/he starts acting weird or the stool keeps coming out runny or odd looking, or s/he starts losing weight or not eating, etc., then consider seeing a vet. Otherwise, it might be nothing at all.
