Random Tank idea

If I had an old dress/entertainment system around or found one super cheap at a garage sale/craigslist do does anyone think I could make a decent tank out of it? Like the dresser attached to this. I could flip that on its side take out the drawers and put a piece of ply wood down the center to make two tanks. Buy some glass sliders and glass or ever make a swinging door with glass or something. I could use some heavy duty plastic to line it or waterproof sealer with tiles or something. Or you could make it into a rack or something. rip the front part of the drawers off and maybe the back part for or ventilation? The dresser might cost 20-30 from craigslist. Anyone think that this is viable?
