Let's pretend for a minute that we have discovered the gene for dwarfism.
And just like gigantism, there is a co-dom dwarf, and a dominant super dwarf...
What do you think would happen if you bred a super giant to a super dwarf???

it would probably produce a normal as the genes would most likely cancel each other out

I thought so too... but if you can have a striped/reverse striped patternless...

I see it going a couple ways... 1 being the one you mentioned, another being lethal, and yet another is the animal would be disfigured...and finally you would get dwarfs, giants and normals

If you do a Google search for 'dwarfism' and 'giantism', you will find that these genetic disorders affect totally different DNA structures and are caused by separate contributing factors. So hypothetically, if you crossed a dwarf with a giant the offspring would most likely be normal... but their offspring would have a genetic predisposition for either or both genetic markers.
