Raptor baby?

This little guy just hatched. Mom is a raptor, dads het. Pretty sure this is a full raptor baby?

Looks like it to me(from pictures I've seen) but I will let people with more experience with Raptors confirm.

Just curious but what is dad visually? (since some parts of Raptor are not recessive and carried).
