hey does anyone know what morphs make Raptors/Aptors?

Only APTORs and RAPTORs, make APTORs and RAPTORs.
Otherwise you have to make what are called "Patternless Red Stripes" (mine came from a Red Stripe bred to a Reverse Stripe Albino), and breed those together to make the Albino ones, and solid/snake eyed ones.
A "Patternless" Red Stripe Albino would be pretty much the same thing as an Aptor. Though it might be something you want to call an "Aptor", it would technically still be a "Patternless Red Stripe Albino", and not an Aptor.
