raw nose

my one female just shed, and she had some shed on her nose that she finally got off, although now the skin where the shed was is red and raw, looks as if she pulled off the bottom layer as well. Anything i can put on it to help? or will it simply heal on its own?

put a little bit of antibiotic ointment on it using a Q tip,but not alot as it is buy her mouth.

I will just keep it dry and clean, it'll heal up on its own in no time.
