And Super Hypo will be no spots.

Hypo is short for Hypomelanistic, lacking the dark pigments.

there are no dumb questions.

I thought a super hypo could have up to 7? spots....Or some number of spots or less defines SH and some number of spots or more defines hypo?

The term "hypo" means lacking, or a deficiency of, while "Hyper" means an abundance of. The number of black spots on a 'hypo' leopard geckos is subjective. Back in the olden days when we thought we were setting the standards for todays morphs, a "hypo' was less than 9 body spots, and a 'super-hypo" had 3 or less.

I can't keep track of all the different criteria nowdays since some people like to set their own standards for this stuff.
