Receiving gecko via ups?

ok so its 1030 and no gecko? isnt next day air by ups guaranteed by 1030 the next day? it was shipped yesterday,and when i check the tracking number it still says billing info received??? what's the deal?

"Billing info received" means the shipment has been arranged but not sent yet.

its been like that since last night? would there be a glitch??? b/c i talked to the seller and he sent me an email last night that said to let him know when it arrived

Not all areas guarantee by 10:30 (ours in noon), but the info missing doesn't sound good. I would contact the seller asap so they can find out where they are.

that is odd. Usually it will say where the package was processed and all the different locations it gets processed and then out for delivery. Maybe its just behind? You could try calling UPS?
Not all packages are guaranteed for 10:30 AM. Depending on your location there are zones where the guarantee is 12PM. Also there are even later ones but thats for places like Puerto Rico. My old house was in one of those 12PM zones. UPS would arrive at like 11:59... lol.

ya i just contacted him and he assured me that it was shipped last night and i did call ups and they said next day air packages arrive by noon.. so theres still bout 20 minutes left until 12... but ya its weird that the tracking hasnt been updated at all

Both you and the seller need to call UPS and talk to someone there. Have them manually track the package and stress how important it is.

i just did call them, and the woman looked at everything she could, and said that there was no actual scan during pick up, which is why my tracking still just says billing info received.

well apparently the shipper dropped off the package at 6:08 last night, thinking that there would be last pick up at 630, well ups came early, and my package never shipped, so now in the process of getting a refund.. what a wasted day, been up since 6 waiting for it like a fool

So is it arriving tomorrow? Is it just going to be sitting in a warehouse somewhere, or is the breeder picking it up?

Im sorry to hear that. At least the gecko should still be live and well. I imagine the seller would be picking it up as it has not been shipped out yet.
