Record keeping, What do you track?

I had used to keep track of everything. Number of items eaten, type of food item, water changes, etc. That was fine when I only had four geckos, but now I am up to nine and this routine has become very tedious.

I was thinking of only recording things that aren't ordinary. As in, refusing food, layings, hatchings, weighings, etc. I have babies now and if I ever decide to sell any of them I would like to be able to give all the important info to the new owner.

What does everyone else track?

I track weight, when the layed eggs, how many eggs, mate, when eggs hatch, time of stoppage of eating, and a lot of other genetic stuff.

I use Excel to keep track of all dates eggs were laid, incubation temps along with expected due dates and actual due dates, morphs/parental lineage, which gecko was sold to who and for how much, date of sale, etc. I usually keep track of weights and have recently started graphing growth patterns. For other things like who isn't eating or other issues, I keep a notebook in the gecko room.
