Red mouth

Hi guys I'll provide you with pics later but the front part of her mouth where she snatches her food with is always red. It looks like it bled a little. I provide it with water but I don't know why its mouth looks like its roughed up. Please give suggestions Thanks

My Sparky had a red mouth and the vet gave me some medication for it. She said sometimes it can get infected some how.....

So I inspected it very closely and it just looks like a nose rub. I was wondering cause shes not been eating.
