I hear all about dubia roaches but they're MASSIVE and I don't want to cut them in half for my leos. There are these smaller red roaches though at the pet store, are those ok? Tried searching and there doesn't seem to be much on Google about nutrition info that I saw. Perhaps they're a more popular insect in Asia for reptiles...?

Dubias can be quite small. I mean a nymph in its first stage is probably 1/4"? About the same size as the smallest mealworms, maybe even a little smaller. You can order 1000 1/4" nymphs for very affordable prices. There are posts in our classifieds and on kingsnake.com
