How does the Red Stripe gene work? What do I get, if I cross Red Stripe (real intensive red stripe) x Mack Snow

Guess you´ll produce low quality red stripes...
But not sure about the Mack Part... can´t imagine a Mack with a red stripe but maybe you´ll produce one later

They've all been line breed... Some just act recessive.

Thanks for clearing that up. I didn't want to stay for certain if the trait is line bred or not.

The color in Red Stripes can be considered "linebred". In fact they are linebred, but the term should be selectively bred. Stripes are recessive, though they are not a "simple" recessive. Which clears up, some of the "odd occurrences"(pointing to them being something else) when working with them.

There also may be more than one line of stripes out there, as had been mentioned. :main_thumbsup:
