Redecorating?

I keep Presleys calcium dish against the glass in front of the tank...and everyday when I look in there, he has it pushed about 3 inches away from the glass lol. I've never actually seen him move it though. Does anyone else's gecko like to redecorate their tank? What an odd little creature I have :main_yes:

i think is "normal" behavior lol. most of my cage furniture is all tile, or rock. but yes my male likes to move his humid hide. so that he can poo where he wants to. and the calcium dish. also gets moves around :)

Mine doesn't move anything, but...

I keep the cool hide in the back right corner of the tank. Since it's in the corner, there's a little empty space where the two panes of glass meet behind it, nowhere she can fit in, just teeny. The cool hide is pretty big so if you're on top of it the empty space is about two, three inches to the floor of the tank. As a matter of fact, it looks like the hole in those old school outhouses... Well apparently she thinks it does too, because she perfectly aligns herself to poop in that little hole. Like, it's small enough and the terrain in the area is strange enough for it to actually be tough to poop perfectly in that hole, but she does it. Weirdo.
