Registering

Hey everyone! I'm not sure where to put this but I'll put it here. lol. We want to register our site as maltgeckos.com. It's available and I am going to get it. I went through godaddy.com and I am a bit confused. After I buy the domain name, how do things work after that? We are looking for someone to make our site but how to they log onto the page to start working on it. When Matt and I buy it, will it just come up as "this page is taken" or will we be given a password or something to put into it? I'm just a bit confused so any help will relieve me.

I use godaddy for my site, and I really like the set up. Once you buy the domain, you can use the info they give you with another web site creator, or you can use what GoDaddy offers, "Website Tonight". they set you up with a password for both if you choose to use WebSite Tonight, and it is very easy to get things going from there.

Also, I called their 24 hr support line to ask all my crazy questions before I purchased anything... their support line is FANTASTIC!
