Renovation Hazards LOL

well, I have had my first injury while gutting a room....while pulling out a chunk of drywall I backed into this lovely 1.5 inch nail!!!!!!

the black line was how far it went into my foot...and it's all nice and swollen already....

on the sock shot, I took it to show how much I bled after only 1 minute of hobbling to the chair....

oh, the only good thing is that it's not one of the really old rusty nails that I've been pulling out of the plastered walls!!!!!!

Ouch! I stepped on a nail when I was younger running around a playground and had to go through the whole tetnus shot/cleaning wound thing and I can't even begin to tell you how much that hurt! You're very lucky to not have to go through that

I know how that is too Val, I did a similar thing when I was like 6 or 7...I was running in my grandparents backyard and a nail went through my foot all the way...the tip was coming out the top...I don't remember what they did to me afterwards...I just remember that it really hurt!!
