Rescued a fattie about 2 weeks ago, 2 year old male, mean, has no toes, mouth seems a little messed up, probably from bad sheds. Regrown tail, but doesn't appear thin, seems a decent weight. He hasn't eaten yet though, he shed the first day here, humid hide helped a lot, only one nub got shed skin stuck, and I got that off. So his first two poops were shed skin.

He won't eat mealies, supers, or roaches, he kind of just lays in one spot and looks grumpy haha.

He has an UTH, and a heat lamp(heats the tiles so he can get more belly heat) He's in a 40 gallon breeder(came with him)

Any tips on how to get him to eat? He just get angry when I put food in his house, he's pretty nasty haha.

try crickets. other than that just wait till he gets hungry enough, which should be soon. but they always love crickets.

ugg, I don't want crickets, I'm dealing with a whole bunch living under the fridge at the moment..every time I get crickets they end up escaping in to the house.

I have one cricket left in a cricket keeper, and he didn't want it...I'll try and give it to him again...but if he won't eat anything but crix, I'm not sure what I'm going to do...

Pepper, try putting him in a slightly smaller enclosure, maybe a 10 or 15 gallon with more hides. I've had geckos not eat well in big enclosures and when I move them into a place they feel more secure, it helps.
Sometimes even a sterilite sweaterbox with opaque sides (you'll need to poke air holes in it though) can help them feel more private and secure.
Sometimes they can go on "hunger strikes" as well, especially the males, I've noticed.
Make sure you gutload the crickets with good organic fruits and veggies, (collard greens are good) for at least 3 hours before you try feeding them to the gecko.
Have you got a gram scale to get his weight by chance?
can you take a fecal sample in to the vet to test for parasites?
For a good vet near you, try www.herpvetconnection.com
or www.arav.com
these sites should help you find a vet near or in your area.
Good luck!

Well he won't eat roaches or mealies, he stares at them and gapes his mouth, and hisses at them....??

I put my only cricket in there..and he ate it....I really don't want to have to take care of crickets again....I got roaches to get rid of Crickets....
