We got a ribbon snake not too long ago and I just wanted to share the new enclosure I created for him. It is a 20 G long; the water portion is ~1/3 of the footprint and holds ~1 1/4 gallons of water. It is filtered and the filter creates a waterfall from the piece of wood at the left of the photo. The plants are live and include 2 different types of stone crop and a small leaf rhododendron (there may be too much light for it...we'll see...if so I will plant it outside and replace it with something else). So far he's been checking everything out and doing a little swimming. The snake is in the photo
