Before actually getting Cookie and Onion, I had the 'first gecko', called Cookie as well. He died this... June, I think, but he never had any memorial, so better late than never.
He was a good gecko, and very young as well. I don't think he was even a year old yet. The little bugger always annoyed people with me and was flaming the politics in any ways. Or may be it was my imagination... But still a great gecko.
Then one day, while fighting a particulary strong cricket, he just hit a slightly loose stone, crushing him. He was found next day and buried outside the house, right next to Stop sign.
At least he had his memorial after few months. Rest in peace
