rnaco or Johnson?

Hello, i want to buy new thermostat.
witch one is the better?
i'm living in Israel and the current here is 220VAC, and i saw that the ranco and the Johnson can work on 220VAV (just different way to wire them).
and were is the cheapest place to buy?
