I began to breed roaches, but im having abit of trouble getting the temps to 90+ at night. I live in FLorida, so the temps during the day in my garage should be perfect, and the humidity shouldnt be a problem eaither, but at night, my garage is like in the low 80's. What should I use to heat them up, since theya re nocturnal and I would assume breeding takes place at night, so the warmer the more they breed. Right now Im using a heat pad, but where should it be kept? Under side, on top of the container? Or would I be better off with a CHE?

Thanks!

As long as the temps are above 80F they will breed, just slower. I have all my roaches at 75F and all of them breed. Just hotter temps = faster breeding. You can buy small heating mats to place under one side of the tub if you wanted. Petsmart had some for $25
