Roach Question

So I got my self a colony of B.dubia and I am wondering how long should I wait to start dipping into to feed the collection? I have about 60 animals that will be eating the roaches.Also how often do females have babies?

I read somewhere that an adult female can lay about 20 babies per month. Could be wrong though.
