Hey so I found a roach in the house last night. I think that means since I didnt introduce the roaches that I wouldnt have to pay for the exterminator costs. (It gave my mom the willies when I showed it to her) :main_evilgrin:
So that means I can start my roach colony since we already have roaches in the house!

What do people usually feed their leos dubia?

I feed all my geckos and a few other of my animals Dubia. non climbing species easy to maintain, slow moving, produce well, and very hardy.

all of my geckos switched over to the dubia no problem except for one. :main_thumbsup:

Dubia roaches are awesome, my favorite feeders because they are just so easy to care for, don't smell, don't jump, don't chirp, don't require refrigeration. I got some large ones by accident and wasn't planning on breeding them, but they just sorta bred by themselves and I don't even have a heat pad for them. Best of all, they are just nutritious for your leopard geckos.

I'm trying to get more of my leopard geckos to eat them. I have one that is still scared of them, but rest seems to be taking them on no problem.

I was a little nervous before I got my dubias because I'm really squeamish, but I'm so glad I switched. Best feeders ever (my leos think so too). I usually feed them citrus fruits, carrots, red bell peppers, pears, basically any left over produce. I also make a roach chow mix out of oatmeal, bee pollen, barley and dog food (high quality). Hope this helps and good luck with your dubias!
