roaches nutritional information

i can't be able to found some roaches nutritional info...
i founf info about crickets, worms...but nothig about roaches
..some of you know a web site or have some info for compare the different kind od food?

marula, I have ask this same question on another forum. I did get a pretty good answer at the time. I just need to remember where it was I asked. Let me do some digging when I find it I will post a link.
